Security throughout the service lifecycle
We establish security responsibilities during onboarding, build controls into implementation, and agree how findings are monitored, reviewed, and resolved during ongoing service. Essential security practices are part of our delivery approach across all categories; this offering adds focused assessment, remediation, reporting, and coordination.
The control set, tools, review frequency, and response coverage are defined for your environment. Where a protection needs an additional license, we explain the requirement and help put it in place.
A NIST-aligned way to manage risk
We use the NIST Cybersecurity Framework 2.0 to organize our approach and improvement priorities around six connected functions.
- Govern. Agree responsibilities, policies, approvals, and risk priorities.
- Identify. Understand supported systems, information, dependencies, and gaps.
- Protect. Implement access controls, secure configuration, maintenance, and safeguards.
- Detect. Configure relevant logging and alerts, review findings, and identify suspicious activity.
- Respond. Triage issues, coordinate approved actions, and keep the customer informed.
- Recover. Plan restoration, check agreed recovery processes, and use lessons to improve.
This is a risk-management approach, not a NIST certification or a blanket statement of regulatory compliance. We tailor the work to the services under our care.

Implementation, monitoring, and remediation
- Microsoft 365 identity, administrative access, email protection, and collaboration-sharing controls.
- Azure and hosted-cloud access, configuration, network exposure, workload safeguards, and security alerts.
- PBX administration, calling restrictions, fraud controls, and suspicious-usage review.
- Application authentication, permissions, secrets, dependencies, and appropriate security logging.
- AI data access, approved actions, human approval points, and usage oversight.
- Documented findings, prioritized remediation, and customer communication.
Automated collection and alerting, human review, and incident response are distinct activities. We agree which are included and when people are available; this service does not include after-hours support or imply a staffed 24/7 security operations center.
Compliance support grounded in your environment
We help implement and maintain technical controls and documentation that support your identified compliance obligations. Work can include gap assessments, control mapping, remediation plans, configuration records, access reviews, and evidence preparation for customer or auditor requests.
Your requirements, applicable frameworks, and evidence needs are established before work begins. Formal certification, legal advice, independent audits, and guarantees of compliance are not implied. Specialist assessment or certification can be coordinated through an expressly agreed engagement.
Choose focused help or ongoing management
A security assessment or bespoke implementation can be delivered through Professional Services. Ongoing security activities can sit within platform management or Fully Managed IT Services, with clear ownership of review, escalation, and follow-up.
Local devices and local networks remain outside our current managed offering. We identify dependencies and coordinate with your team or providers where the agreed work crosses that boundary.
Getting started
We review your services, priorities, existing controls, access, and obligations. Together we define a practical baseline, the highest-priority gaps, and a plan for implementation and ongoing care.
